The Staunton JHS band was recently awarded a grant through the Peter R. Marsh Foundation. The money will be used to enhance the music program in the classroom and in the community.
Join Community Hospital of Staunton and University of Illinois Extension for a fun evening learning about how to make your food last and your groceries go further! This event will take place in the Board Room of the Community Hospital of Staunton, located at 400 N. Caldwell St. at no cost!

Congratulations to the SJHS Terrier baseball team for placing 3rd in IESA class 2A state! The boys ended their season with a 16-1 record after securing their 3rd place finish. What an incredible season for this team! Way to go, terriers!

Terrier Baseball is state bound!!! The boys clinched their sectional baseball title and will advance to the state tournament this weekend! They will play their 1st game on Friday, September 29 at 12:00pm against St. Joseph in Class 2A at the Eastside Centre in East Peoria.
Congratulations to Coach Ray, Coach Best, and the terrier baseball team on this accomplishment! Good luck!
