Final ACT Reminder! On Wednesday, April 9. 11th grade is taking the ACT w/Writing, 10th grade PreACT Secure, and 9th grade PreACT 9 Secure . Attendance is extremely important including being on time to school. Students need to come with fully charged Chromebook. Students can bring a snack and drink to have during breaks. Students will have an opportunity to be dismissed after testing IF they come with a fully charged Chromebook. No cell phones, smart watches, etc. are allowed during testing including breaks. Seniors will be taking a College and Career Day. Forms were handed out.

The Bulldog Business Club took its annual field trip on April 1st. The day started with a tour of the soda bottling and warehouse at Excel Bottling in Breese. Next, the group traveled to Greenville for a tour of Nevco. After a quick stop for lunch, the day ended at Marcoot Jersey Creamery in Greenville. It is with great honor & remembrance to announce that the late Coach Larry Caldieraro Jr.(Coach Cal) will be inducted to the Illinois High School Football Coaching Hall of Fame at the end of this month. He was a staple in the Staunton football program, school, as well as the community! We have continued thoughts for his family, and wish this post to be a celebration of his dedication to Staunton Schools.
