The Bulldog Business Club took its annual field trip on Wednesday, April 8. The group started at Chocolate-Chocolate-Chocolate in St. Louis where students took a factory tour of the facility to learn about plant operations. The next stop was at Herbaria Soap Company where members learned about different aspects of entrepreneurship, including marketing and retailing. Finally, the group stopped at City Foundry STL for lunch before returning to school. Club sponsors John Masinelli and Steve Moore would like to thank everyone who made this year's experiences possible, including local business and family sponsors. Finally, a big thank you goes out to everyone who volunteered to be a guest speaker.

The Bulldog Business Club welcomed Class of 1993 graduate Andy Fritz as its guest speaker for March. Andy is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Fire Solutions. Andy offered excellent advice for club members, including the importance of being prepared and engaged when speaking with clients. Just a reminder to families that Illinois State Dental Examination Forms are required for students in Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 6th Grade, and 9th Grade.
Please make sure your child’s dental exam is completed and the form is turned in to the school office as soon as possible. These forms are required by the state and must be on file for your student.
