Staunton Families: If you have students entering preschool, kindergarten, sixth grade, ninth grade, or 12th grade, there are physical and immunization requirements that are state mandated and must be fulfilled by October 15, 2018. For forms and more information please visit the registration tab on the school website. The link is listed below. Additionally, if your student participates in athletics, please remember to update his/her physical yearly.
