Past SHS grad Rick Fey was a recent guest speaker for the Bulldog Business Club. Rick gave the members good advice on professional and personal skills that will help them succeed in the workplace. He mentioned during the speech that golf is one of his hobbies. He is pictured here with business club members who are also on the SHS golf team. High School Student Council is hosting a food drive!! The following dates will be "free admission" games with 2 food items/person:
- Tuesday, December 10th - HS Girls vs. Hillsboro
- Friday, December 13th - HS Boys vs. Pana
All donations will go to Helping Hands in Staunton! Some of their most needed items are vegetable soup, chicken noodle soup, chili, Hamburger Helper, and pancake mix.

THANK YOU Staunton CUSD #6 residents for voting on the bond proposal. Unofficial results from the election showed 56.53% voting in favor of the proposal in Macoupin County and 56.16% voting in favor of the proposal in Madison County. A 50% majority was required for the measure to pass.
The bond issue will fund projects to address critical facility needs, with a primary focus on the high school. Updated classrooms and labs will be built to improve the learning environment for students. The improvements will also include enhanced safety and accessibility.
