Staunton Families: If you have students entering preschool, kindergarten, sixth grade, ninth grade, or 12th grade, there are physical and immunization requirements that are state mandated and must be fulfilled by October 15, 2018. Additionally, if your student participates in athletics, please remember to update his/her physical yearly.
