Mrs. Weller's PE lessons are full of learning and fun! The implementation of her walking club this year has been an awesome experience for our students. Mrs. Weller's classes are instrumental in helping students build character!

Mr. Clark joined us after student teaching here! During his time with us, he has worked with and made connections with students across all 3 of our buildings. Mr. Clark is someone that our students trust and have a lot of respect for!

Ms. Tharp's first year with us has brought art education back to Staunton Elementary. Her classroom explores different art concepts and mediums with project based learning! We've really enjoyed seeing the art that her students are creating in our hallways!

Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Boomer
Mrs. Boomer has been with our district for 2 years and has worked with multiple students in multiple grade levels! She is dedicated to her job and always wants to do best by the students she sees. She is a familiar face in our hallways!

Staff Spotlight: Ms. Raymond
Ms. Raymond greets each student when the enter the school in the morning. She has worked hard this year to build relationships with the students that she sees in her classroom with a smiling face and kind words!
Fifth-graders are starting to work on their Thursday, May 2nd Patriot Club Program. Square dance groups are working on posters that represent their squares.

Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Spickerman
Mrs. Spickerman sees the potential in every kid! She works hard to make sure all of her students are successful by creating lessons and activities that are specific to them. Mrs. Spickerman is a common sight (and voice) at most junior high sporting events further proving her support of Staunton students.
Junior High Student Council is hosting a dress up week for 3/18-3/22! All elementary and junior high students are welcome to participate. Please check out the theme for each day and feel free to join in on the fun!
