Staunton School District Families: We want to inform you that a minor gas leak was detected in one of the HVAC units at the high school building this evening. The gas has been promptly shut off, and the situation has been resolved. We can assure you that the building is safe, and school will proceed as scheduled tomorrow, Wednesday, September 17th. We are happy to announce Miles of Smiles Dental Clinic is coming back to Staunton Schools to provide FREE preventive dental services for ALL grades.

Please see the attached flyer for the QR code or click HERE to register. Miles of Smiles has also provided paper copies to ALL STUDENTS that will come home with them today! Extra paper copies will be available at the offices as well. PLEASE REGISTER BY OCTOBER 30TH!

This also would complete the Illinois dental requirement for grades K, 2, 6 and 9.

Great start to the season for the SJHS Cross Country team! Girls take first place at the Jack Burns Invitational, along with numerous medalist finishes and PR's from both teams! Great energy all the way around with loads of positivity and high-fives! Congrats Terriers! Special Thanks to the Pirok family for donating the new custom team tent to our programs. It looks great!
