UPDATE: All bus riding students who have not been picked up by a parent or guardian at Net Church will be transported home via bus at regular dismissal time.

There has been a gas leak detected at Staunton JH resulting in the evacuation of all schools. Due to the time it is taking to locate the gas leak, combined with the cold weather all schools will be dismissed. All elementary and JH high school students will be transported to Net community church where parents will be able to sign their children out. Any high school students who are drivers or walkers will be allowed to sign out at Staunton high school. All high school students who are bus riders will be transported to Net Community church for pick up. All students at Net Church will need to be signed out by their parent or legal guardian, no exceptions. Thank you for your patience during the sign out process. Any students who are not signed out by their parents or guardians will be transported home via bus their regular bus routes.

Final Exams will continue as planned this week on Thursday and Friday assuming that school is back in session on Wednesday. Linked below is the Final Exam Exemption Form that needs to be turned into the High School Office on Wednesday if a student is exempt from attending. Parents/Guardians should print out the form and sign it or send a note with their signature on Wednesday so students can submit the exemption paperwork on time.
