Please join us in welcoming Ms. Carrie Griffith to the Staunton CUSD #6 Family! On May 31st, the CUSD #6 Board of Education employed Ms. Griffith to serve as the High School Principal starting July 1st.
"Ms. Griffith's positive attitude and professional demeanor made her stand out as a top candidate and I'm excited for her to work with our staff and students to maintain and improve the high quality education provided to our community," states Superintendent Allen.
Ms. Griffith brings 22 years of education experience with her to the Staunton School District. Thirteen years were spent in the classroom and the remaining years as a school administrator.
Ms. Griffith states, "I am looking forward to returning to the area to work for the Staunton School District and community!"
