Staunton CUSD #6 Families:
School administrators are closely monitoring the predicted Winter Storm that is forecasted to directly affect the Staunton area starting late Tuesday (2/1/22) evening through Friday (2/4/22). As a result, we encourage families to prepare for the possibility of the District using an E-Learning Day, in which students would follow the Full Remote Learning Plan and schedule. It is important that your child is participating in learning activities including live instruction and/or paper packets if E-Learning occurs.
There is also the possibility that school administration could declare an Emergency Snow Day and in this case, NO instruction will take place.
The school will communicate with families via text message, the school website, and social media regarding any weather related closures.
