PRESCHOOL SCREENINGS 

IMPORTANT!

We are holding PreK Screenings for next fall.  We have developed an alternative process for our screenings to help us gather information about your child and determine his or her eligibility for our Pre-K Program. 

Please contact the school if you have a child turning 3 or 4 by September 1st.  PLEASE CALL (618) 635-3831 to request a Pre-K Screening Packet. The Pre-K Screening Packet can be sent home with a sibling, picked up in the elementary office, or mailed to you.  Please submit all paperwork as soon as possible.  

To be eligible for  preschool services, all necessary paperwork must be turned in and proof of income must be provided. 

Please provide any of the following as proof of household income, required by the state: 

• Income Tax Forms
• Your last, most recent two pay stubs
• Proof of WIC
• Proof of SNAP benefits
• Wages and Tax Statement (most recent W-2)
• Verification letter from employer
