Automated Attendance Calls
Automated Attendance Calls
Staunton CUSD #6
Thursday, September 20, 2018

Staunton Families,

Starting on Monday, September 24th, the Staunton School District will start sending automated attendance calls when your child is marked absent.  These automated phone calls will be sent out in the morning for K-12 students and after lunch for high school students and will be based on the attendance information that is entered into the Skyward Student Management System.

Please note that it is still required that you call the appropriate school office to notify staff that your child will be absent for the day.  Additionally, please be aware that you will still receive a call from our automated system even after you notify the office about the absence.

It is important that the school district has the most up to date phone numbers within Skyward to communicate with parents.  Please ensure that you check your Skyward Family Access account and update your primary phone number if it is outdated.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the office.
