Staunton CUSD #6 Families,
The school is mandated by the Illinois Department of Health to obtain and keep on file specific medical records and immunizations for students enrolled in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, 9th, and 12th grade. Documentation must be provided to the school for your child to attend. If the required medical information is not on file with the school nurse, then your student will be excluded from school on October 15, 2021. The student will not be allowed to attend until the specific requirements and immunizations have been completed. Please review the links below for more information.
