Welcome Back and Happy New Year! I hope that everyone had an enjoyable winter break and found time to re-energize and spend time with family and friends. The entire staff is looking forward to seeing students on Wednesday, January 6th for in-person learning.
As we begin the new semester, please remember that all students and staff will continue to wear masks while at school and continued disinfectant procedures are in place. Also, just a reminder that the Staunton School District will continue to follow the guidance issued by the IL Department of Public Health and the Macoupin County Health Department as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be sure that your child brings back his/her school issued electronic device (iPad or Chromebook) and materials as we transition back to in-person instruction on Wednesday. Also, don’t forget to send your student with the appropriate clothing to go outside for his/her brain break or for PE class should the weather allow.
